Le jardin
Dans le jardin arboré de chênes verts, d’arbousiers, de lauriers roses, blancs…vous aurez peut-être la chance de croiser nos tortues de terre qui y séjournent régulièrement… dans la résidence, il y a aussi de nombreux oiseaux et des couples de perdrix s’y promènent.
The garden
In the garden planted with holm oaks, arbutus trees, pink and white oleanders… you may be lucky enough to come across our land turtles who stay there regularly… in the residence, there are also many birds and couples partridges wander there.
La terrasse et le patio
La Villa est aménagée par notre architecte façon loft. Exposée sud, la terrasse est à l’abri du vent. Vous pourrez y prendre vos déjeuners et bains de soleil face à la mer. Elle est équipée d’un salon de jardin, de transats et d’une douche extérieure.
The terrace and patio: The Villa is designed by our architect in a loft style. Facing south, the terrace is sheltered from the wind. You can have your lunches and sunbathes there facing the sea. It is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and an outdoor shower.

La cuisine (The kitchen)
Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez tout l’équipement pour 8 personnes : réfrigérateur avec partie congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, cafetière « classique » et cafetière à capsules, bouilloire, grille pain etc…
Vous disposez d’une grande table avec 6 chaises pour vos repas à l’intérieur.
In the kitchen, you will find all the equipment for 8 people: refrigerator with freezer section, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, “classic” coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
You have a large table with 6 chairs for your meals inside.
La grande pièce à vivre et son coin salon (The large living room and its lounge area)
La grande pièce à vivre donne accès à toutes les terrasses. Elle dispose d’une grande table pour 8 personnes si vous souhaitez dîner à l’intérieur. Mais les repas sont très souvent pris sur la terrasse couverte face à la mer !
The large living room gives access to all the terraces. It has a large table for 8 people if you wish to dine inside. But meals are very often taken on the covered terrace facing the sea!

La chambre Nature au RDC (The Nature room on the ground floor)
La chambre nature dispose d’un lit King Size (180×200) avec vue sur la mer. Elle est équipée de grands placards/penderies.

Le bureau (Office)
À l’étage, vous avec un coin bureau pour 2 personnes avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un meuble classeur très pratique vous permet de ranger tous vos dossiers. Vous pouvez également vous poser dans le coin salon pour y lire tranquillement. Vacances ou travail ? à vous de choisir !
Upstairs, you have an office area for 2 people with a breathtaking view of the sea. A very practical filing cabinet allows you to store all your files. You can also sit in the lounge area to read quietly. Vacation or work? You choose!
